Reading four cards as one Ice Fishing codex
I checked the four listings on 23 September 2026. Two of them can carry the phrase without me stretching it. Two cannot. This note is about that split, not about a winner.
Ice fishing has to be printed on their card
Ice Fishing Derby earns the words in the title. Fishing Clash earns a single clause: fly fishing, ice fishing, or trolling. If I had required the whole description to be an ice derby, Clash would sit with the other two. I did not require that. I required the public text to say it, once.
Silence on ice is still a fact in the codex
Ace Fishing: Crew describes a vertical trip through water, regions, purchases, and ads. Boat Fish Hunting describes a boat, ocean tracks, and weather. Searching those texts for ice turns up nothing I am willing to count. A substring inside “device” is not a mention. I wrote the absence into the reviews so a heading on this site cannot outrun the listing.
Why the Ice Fishing codex did not drop the quiet cards
The codex length was the four links, not a purity test. Cutting Boat Fish Hunting would make the page cleaner and less honest about what I was asked to read. The order still tells you the truth: ice in the title, ice in a sentence, then the two quiet cards sorted by the rating counts the store actually prints, 103 then 10.
Ice fishing cards left off the ranked four
Ice Fishing Derby 2 and Ice fishing. Catch bass. both name ice and both were opened the same day. They are not ranked. A fifth and sixth row would turn the codex into a search result. Their facts are on the home page, with store links, and they stop there.
