How a session runs on this Ice Fishing codex
These steps are paraphrases of the public descriptions, checked 23 September 2026. They are not a manual I tested on a device, and the apps are not running on this site.
Ice Fishing Derby across a colder week
- Each of five days starts at the bait shop. The forecast gets colder as the derby goes on.
- The description names bluegills, crappie, perch, walleyes, and northern pike. It tells you to begin with panfish and move toward larger fish.
- At the weigh-in you collect cash. The text says you need enough for a portable shelter and a heater.
- After the necessities, the same description offers a sonar flasher or an underwater camera.
- Other fishermen on the lake may offer trades. The card tells you to be careful which deals you take.
Fishing Clash and the one ice fishing sentence
- The description’s own how-to starts with launching the game and tapping Cast at the bottom right.
- Then tap Strike so the line-tension marker stays in the center of the top bar.
- From there the card talks about duels, challenges, championships, and lure cards you upgrade to open spots.
- Named waters include the Florida Coast, the Kenai River, Lake Biwa, the Galapagos, and Loch Ness. Ice fishing is named as one style among fly fishing and trolling, not as the only loop.

- The description frames a trip from the surface down to the seabed, with regions and species drawn in 3D.
- Controls are described as casting and then maneuvering with the fish’s movement.
- The same text says the game offers in-app purchases and that an advertising identifier is used. I am not going to invent a button map the card does not print.
Boat Fish Hunting, open water in the Ice Fishing codex
- The description is about driving a fishing boat, with controls it says you can customise.
- It promises ocean tracks and fish under the boat, plus weather across morning, evening, and night.
- Ice is not part of that loop in the text I read. Treat the session as open water.
